Financial Modelling

We provide the investor, landlord and tenant visibility on the savings they may expect.

Investor Match

We find an investor who funds and owns the system. If in the process you decide that you would like it to be you… then no problem.

Manage Installation

We manage the installation process for the investor.

Agreements

We prepare:

(1) A Roof access easement with the landlord; and (2) An Energy supply agreement with the tenant

Long term Administration

We oversee the long-term maintenance and operation of the solar system.
